As ARK’s Chief Financial Officer, Paul is responsible for the financial aspects of the firm, including reporting, treasury, accounting, tax, and financial controls

Before joining ARK, Paul was Chief Financial Officer for ORIX’s U.S. business with approximately $80 billion of assets under management, administration, and servicing, including $10 billion held on the balance sheetAt ORIX, Paul held positions on the U.S. Board of Directors and its significant subsidiaries in corporate finance, M&A advisory, real estate, and private and public equitiesHe is a CPA with extensive M&A, tax, corporate development, and treasury experienceBefore joining ORIX, Paul worked in public accounting with Ernst and YoungPaul received his Bachelor degree in Accounting and Master’s degree in Tax from Baylor University

Paul currently serves on the board of Healing Hand Ministries, a community-based healthcare center providing barrier-free access to healthcare for the uninsured and underinsured in its areas of operation, and is an advisor to two other charities, Retina Foundation of the Southwest and Family Gateway, a charity serving the homeless families.
