CodeBoxx Technology is transforming the tech talent landscape through its CodeBoxx Developer Boot Camps and CodeBoxx Solutions Group, a consulting division that hires and deploys its graduates on real-world business technology solutions.
The company’s mission for its schools has always been to develop talent, sourced from the widest possible range of human experience, into software development. They do this because they recognize that “Smart is Everywhere” and the pool from which tech talent has been typically sourced is drying up. This imbalance creates a non-sustainable environment characterized by suboptimal talent demanding increasing salaries.
CodeBoxx's first few immersive, business-centric CodeBoxx school cohorts generated strong new-hire candidates. To put its innovative process to the test, the company created CodeBoxx Solutions to immediately join senior developers with recent CodeBoxx School graduates to work shoulder-to-shoulder on real world assignments.
Today, CodeBoxx is growing strategic relationships with large enterprise partners, providing them with innovative solutions to rapidly increase their technology production capacity through expanding lines of business that today include:
- On-demand, variable outsourced North American based technology talent
- New-hire recruiting directly from CodeBoxx Schools and from CodeBoxx Solutions
- Custom Academies - Tailor-made versions of CodeBoxx's core immersive educational offering designed to meet specific strategic imperatives of their partner companies. This is CodeBoxx's fastest-growing new product.
The success of this experiment led to CodeBoxx's first round of explosive growth. Today, the company continues to innovate and evolve to meet the needs of both employers and the human beings that trust CodeBoxx with helping them transform their lives through a career in technology.
CodeBoxx also looks for aptitude, where others often overlook because they understand that they can help achieve economic equity and reverse generational poverty in a very brief time span. They are committed to developing potential, not privilege because it is a smart, business imperative and a socially responsible thing to do.
Because CodeBoxx takes a transformational rather than a transactional approach to this problem, they listen carefully and engage with both people yearning to live the life they imagine and enterprise stakeholders struggling to meet technology production needs in the context of a tech talent shortage. The investment CodeBoxx makes to get closer to those they serve helps them better understand what is required to meet tech talent development needs that are aligned with strategic business imperatives, as well the personal goals of their learners. This is the genesis of CodeBoxx's double bottom line.
