Austin Karrick is the Vice President of CPR and current board member of CPR's parent company George F. Young. Austin has a consistent track record of facilitating commercial real estate sales and leases. He best serves his clients through his creativity, strong market knowledge and tenacity. He finds a lot of joy in discovering and learning about the multitude of different business that call St. Pete home.

His clients appreciate his straightforward delivery of information and counsel. Austin approaches each deal as a new problem looking to be solved, and it is providing the solutions that brings him joy on a daily basis. He is also on the Executive Board for Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors and is their youngest president in their history. Austin takes his role of Vice President of CPR to heart and is consistently working on how to keep CPR the best it can be.

Outside of work Austin enjoys sports, working with his hands, and spending time with his family. When Austin was younger, he won a duck calling competition earning him the right to be a Ducks Unlimited member for life.
