Wendy has specialized in commercial real estate in the Tampa Bay region since 1985. She is a licensed broker with more than $815 million in sales and lease transactions. Her extensive experience includes numerous transactions for the sale and purchase of commercial buildings, land, investment real estate, and for the leasing of office, industrial, medical and retail buildings. Wendy is also very active in business and professional communities. She focuses on commercial real estate transactions in the southern Tampa Bay region with specific specialty in the South Pinellas County market.

Wendy has earned a reputation as one of the region’s most prolific producers. She has consistently received the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors Pinnacle Award for Top Producer, earning the Top Office Broker market-wide nine (9) times. Additionally, she has been twice awarded the President’s Service Award. She has been very active on the Boards of the St. Petersburg Downtown Partnership, a community bank, the regional sports commission, a private school, several arts organizations and served as a mayor-appointed commissioner on the St. Petersburg Development Review Commission for ten years. Wendy was honored to be the 2019 President of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors.
