Ashby Green, Founder
Ashby Green is a dynamic leader and one of the most respected individuals in the Tampa Bay business community today. He is determined to drive incremental financial results for his clients and business associates in his role with Gazelle Capital. In this role, he and his team work closely with high growth businesses to develop and monitor annual budgets; report monthly and annual financials; provide financial analyses for proposed programs and RFPs; and coordinate benefits, compensation, risk management, compliance, staffing and operational needs. Ashby also oversees all contractual and legal issues of the company. Ashby began his career in auditing at Ernst & Young LLP in Atlanta, GA before bringing nearly twenty years of experience to the Gazelle family in 2016. Core capabilities include financial and operational management, mergers and acquisitions, business development, growth management, entrepreneurship and technology. For the four years prior to Gazelle Capital, Ashby was CFO at Kobie Marketing where he took part in the tripling of team members and nearly a quadrupling of revenue during his tenure. Ashby holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in business administration from Mississippi State University and has participated in additional continuing education courses including: conflict management, negotiations, leadership development and business development. Ashby is happily married to MacKenzie Green and has two children, his daughter Jordan and his son Ashby III.
