Thomas Cetta has provided legal counsel at Jabil for more than a decade, overseeing a broad portfolio of legal matters. He began in Jabil’s design organization in 2008, supporting product development, and then directed the firm’s global legal affairs as a corporate attorney. Thomas became the manufacturing solutions provider’s chief commercial counsel in 2016, where he created and improved commercial processes, including negotiating and advising on agreements around the world. In 2018, he was named Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, focused on leading a global team of attorneys dedicated to providing practical commercial and business solutions.

Prior to joining Jabil, Thomas served in private practice and in leadership roles at privately-held companies. He received a bachelor’s degree from Saint Louis University, and his law degree from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in New York. He is licensed to practice in FL, NC, TN and WI.

Thomas and his wife Emily enjoy Florida’s many outdoor attractions, such as boating, fishing and beaches.
