Jon Wittner, Managing Director, KW Commercial Tampa Bay

Jon Wittner  has 27 years experience in commercial real estate development and brokerage. Jon’s practice is focused on Tenant Representation, Investment Sales, Retail and Hospitality for a variety of local, regional and national tenants. He has additional specialization in sourcing off market acquisitions and waterfront hospitality.

Jon was born and raised in Tampa, FL and is a 3rd generation family resident. After achieving two bachelors' degrees in real estate and finance, Jon began a 7 year stint in Medical Facilities Development, Project & Partnership Management of significant MOB projects with Physician partners. Jon was involved in the redevelopment of the Sales Team at Black Diamond Ranch, where he was leading sales agent in the specialized field of Elite Second Home Golf Communities sales. Through a partnership with Peregrine International, Jon worked to develop ground up Fuel and Convenience Stores. Jon formed Strategic Properties Group, LLC where retail development highlights include the Westley Chapel Rooms, To Go/RTG Kids, and The Shoppes of Wesley Chapel. Jon later spent three years in Commercial brokerage with Grimaldi Commercial Realty Corp., leaving for KW Commercial after achieving a listing portfolio of $76 million.
