Pam Pester, President, Mobiliti Commercial Real Estate

Pam has over 30 years’ experience in commercial real estate first as an attorney, then investor and commercial real estate broker.  During her career Pam has represented landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers of office, medical office, industrial and retail properties throughout the State of Florida.  Pam has recently narrowed her focus to focus on representing owner occupiers and tenants.

Prior to moving to Florida in 2004, Pam practiced corporate and real estate law in San Francisco.

Pam is active in the community and currently serves as an Ambassador for the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Pinellas County Economic Development Council as well as the Tampa Bay chapter of The Secured Finance Network.   Pam serves on the Executive Council of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).  Only approximately six percent of commercial real estate brokers hold the CCIM designation.

Pam earned a Juris Doctor degree from New York University, a Certificate of Political Studies Certificate from the Institute of Political Studies in Paris and a BA in French and International Affairs from the University of Nebraska.

Pam resides in the Historic Old Northeast section of St. Petersburg.
