Bill Jordan, Chief Counsel, Construction

Bill Jordan provides legal counsel for Power Design, Inc., a St. Petersburg based company that is one of the top electrical contractors in the United States. His in-house duties include compliance coordination, risk management, governmental affairs, negotiating contract terms with customers, vendors and business partners, management of the corporate legal structure, advising on company-wide insurance programs, and acting as the liaison between executive management and outside legal counsel. Power Design has more than 200 active projects in over 20 states, which requires the ability to manage and be well versed in city, state, and federal laws and regulations throughout the country.

Jordan received his Doctor of Law from Stetson University College of Law in 2009 and began practicing with Yesner & Boss before taking his position at Power Design.
