Nicholas Pantuliano

Nicholas Pantuliano brings over 27 years of construction and development experience to PTM Partners.  Serving as PTM’s Chief Development Officer and Chief Operations Officer, Nicholas is responsible for overseeing project-related aspects of development execution, where he has designed and developed nearly $1bn worth of multifamily and mixed-use projects with another $1.5bn in design and pre-development since its launch in 2018 as well as overall PTM communications and processes.  Leveraging his extensive background in construction, design and engineering, Nicholas has keyed into developing robust systems and processes that ensure each of PTM’s projects are built safely, cost effectively, and within a timely manner.  

Prior to PTM Partners, Nicholas served as the Managing Director of Construction at the Lefrak Organization where he specialized in development, design-build, and construction management of mixed-use real estate as part of Lefrak’s in house general contracting and development team.  During his 21-year tenure at Lefrak, Nicholas worked on the 600-acre mixed-use, master planned Newport project in Jersey City where he held various executive and project management roles overseeing the completion of 3,500 apartments, 3.5MM square feet of office space/trading floors for a number of financial firms, two Marriott Hotels, big box retail, seven parking structures, parks and infrastructure. Nicholas also spearheaded the $350 million construction and redevelopment of The Gansevoort, which became the 1 Hotel in South Beach on behalf of LeFrak, Invesco and Starwood Capital Group.   

Nick is a New York native currently residing in South Florida, but is often found visiting the northeast to spend time with friends and family. He is a graduate of Villanova University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering.
