Michael Funsch, Financial Advisor

Michael Funsch is a financial advisor with the Green, Henwood and Hough Investment Group at RBC Wealth Management. His team partners with affluent families, professionals and business owners to protect and grow the wealth they create. They are trained and experienced in investment analysis, and their inquisitive, analytical mindset serves as the foundation for how their team adds value in ways that are important to their clients.

Funsch's prior experience includes investing for foundations and pension plans at a $35bn investment firm, as a stock analyst on Wall Street, and as the CFO for a privately-held firm. He began his career as an electrical engineer developing systems for the Space Shuttle, computers for satellites, and guidance systems for defense missiles.

Michael is an All-American, World and US champion sailor. He serves on the Pinellas County Economic Development Council and the Chamber of Commerce’s Public Policy and Transportation Committees. He is the president of the Chicago Booth Alumni Club, and cheers loudly for all Georgia Tech teams. Funsch served on the Boards of a national clothing distributor and the St. Petersburg Yacht Club. He attends St. Paul's Catholic Church with his wife, Lisa, and their three children.
