Wayne Hanewicz is Senior Vice President, Legal at TD SYNNEX Corporation.

Mr. Hanewicz’s primary responsibilities include overall responsibility for the global transactional team; for providing legal support for the tax, treasury, accounting and finance team; for securities law compliance and corporate governance; and for legal operations and transformation.

Mr. Hanewicz has over 26 years of legal and management experience. Prior to joining TD SYNNEX (then Tech Data Corporation), Wayne was Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Lifestyle Family Fitness. Mr. Hanewicz also served as an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Florida where he taught and published in areas of contracts, mergers & acquisitions and corporate law.

Mr. Hanewicz is a member of the Florida Bar and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Amherst College, as well as a Juris Doctorate degree with honors from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
