Neale Stralow

Neale Stralow has been involved with helping Tampa Bay communities—including St. Petersburg, historic Ybor City and county airports—address issues of resiliency, sustainability, and equity since moving to Florida from Illinois in the late 1980s. He is an Associate and Senior Planner in VHB’s Gulf Coast offices in Tampa and Sarasota. His practice focuses on complex community development projects within the aviation, institutional, and municipal markets.

Neale graduated with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Illinois, married and raised his family in St. Petersburg. Neale’s passion for land planning and community development mirrors VHB’s focus on improving mobility, enhancing communities, and contributing to economic vitality by providing planning, environmental, and engineering services for today’s urban environments.
